ACH-3102 is an investigational medication used to treat hepatitis C.

ACH-3102 when used in combination with Sovaldi eradicated signs of the virus after six weeks of therapy.

ACH-3102 belongs to a group of drugs called second-generation NS5A inhibitors. These work by inhibiting a specific target that plays a role on viral replication and assembly.
