Miranda Wellington, MD

Dr. Miranda Wellington practices medicine at Baylor Family Medical Center at Lake Ridge, and is a member of Baylor Scott White Medical Center – Irving’s medical staff. Board-certified in family medicine, she specializes in women’s health and preventative medicine. Prior to medical school, Dr. Wellington completed a post baccalaureate research education program at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. Following that program, she volunteered in Zimbabwe, Africa, through the World's Window, Inc., a nonprofit organization operated in Albany. Dr. Wellington is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the Texas Academy of Family Physicians.
