When he’s not starring in movies and television, Jon Hamm can be found giving back to the community — especially to those who are affected by serious health conditions. In 2012, Hamm was involved in the creation of a video of celebrities singing to support the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which treats children with serious medical conditions like acute lymphoblastic leukemia, brain cancer and pediatric HIV/AIDS.
