Are You an Introvert or an Extrovert?
Do you focus your energy inwardly or outwardly? Extroverts tend to focus their energy outward — toward people, things and events. They may thrive on being active and involved, and are generally seen as outgoing and comfortable around others. Introverts tend to focus their energy inward. They may ponder ideas, reactions, memories and pictures. Introverts are often seen as reflective or reserved, but not necessarily shy.
