Forgetting Forgetfulness: Methods That May Boost Your Memory
As we age, some changes in our ability to remember things are normal. It’s not a huge deal if you forget where you left your car keys once in a while or walk into a room and forget why you did. All it likely means is that your brain is aging and changing normally. However, significant or very sudden memory loss could indicate a serious health problem like Alzheimer’s disease.
