No Shortage of Hepatitis C Treatments
Hepatitis C is primarily spread through blood-to-blood contact. Today, most people become infected by sharing needles or other equipment used to inject drugs. Hepatitis C can also be spread through needlestick injuries in healthcare settings. Infected mothers can also spread hepatitis C to their unborn babies. Although rare, hepatitis C can also be spread through sexual contact with an infected person.
