Swimming Tips for Beginners
According to the American Red Cross (ARC), having the right equipment when you swim can really make a difference in safety. Make sure to bring your cap, goggles, suit and towel with you when you go to the pool. Lifejackets and other swimming aids like kick boards may also be helpful in developing your skills.
